Call it southern hospitality, or simply mama raisin' us right, but at Coffeyville Stockyards when you're here, you're family. When we started this venture we knew that no matter what the market looked like, or how well the auctioneer did, whether it was our best day or our worst, that we would always do right by our customers. With the combining of two great markets, we can only anticipate a stronger, more consistent, and well rounded market for both buyers and sellers. We know this won't come without some growing pains so to speak. All we ask is for a little patience, your constructive feedback, and that you'll always remember that for us to succeed, you must succeed.

the Layton's

Tylen, Ryley & Lawson
Underlines_edited.png

Tylen and Ryley are local kids turned cattle industry veterans. With Ryley's father being a manager at National Livestock in Oklahoma City, and themselves running a stocker operation near Tylen's hometown of Copan, cattle basically runs in their blood. When the chance to join forces with the King's and purchase the South Coffeyville barn, it was a natural segue for Tylen and a return to her roots so to speak for Ryley.

In November of 2021, the pair diversified their herd with the addition of a blonde haired, blue-eyed baby boy. Right out of the gate, Lawson Jay Layton has been his mama's little cowboy and daddy's right-hand man!

the King's

Doug & Elizabeth
Underlines_edited.png

Doug and Elizabeth King's farming and ranching roots run deep. From broiler houses to feeder calves, they've never been too far from the sale barn way of life. Since day one of purchasing the first barn, to signing the papers to seal the deal on the second, the pair along side the Layton's have become more than business partners, they're family.

The recent Arkansas transplants know a thing or two about family themselves. With thirty-five years of marriage, three kids, one grandbaby, and too many chickens and cows to count, they're a true and steadfast example of what a farm and ranch family is and should be!
