Shipping & Delivery

Orders are taking longer than usual to ship out due to social distancing requirements we have in place for our fulfillment team. There is also an increased number of shipping delays with USPS. Thank you for your patience and understanding. The processing times detailed below are NOT guaranteed at this time.

We know you will be anxiously waiting for your package to arrive at your front door, so please read below to help guide your shipping selection. Our customers are our number one priority and we want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible!

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class). Our friends at USPS pick up our shipments at the end of each business day. Once the package is on the truck, there is a 4-7 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.



*EXCLUSIONS: please note that most of our apparel items, kitchen mugs, tumblers, totes, and other custom items ship from a third party vendor and shipping times will vary based on product availability, current shipping conditions, etc.



*Additionally, please note that Coffeyville Stockyards LLC. also does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.



*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Coffeyville Stockyards LLC. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.



What if I need my order sooner than this?

Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee. We also offer local pick-up in Tulsa, Oklahoma.



*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 12PM (CT), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.



*EXCLUSIONS: please note that most of our apparel items, kitchen mugs, tumblers, totes, and other custom items ship from a third party vendor and shipping times will vary based on product availability, current shipping conditions, etc.



USPS Priority Mail: We always recommend upgrading to priority, as this is our preferred shipping method. Once your package leaves our warehouse, expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days. NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL DATES INDICATED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM.



USPS Priority Mail Express: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your order will be processed in 1 business day. However, if you place an express order before 12 PM (noon) CT Monday - Friday, we will process and ship the order that same day. Once you receive our processing email, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL DATES INDICATED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM.



*Please note again that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.



Do we offer overnight shipping?

Not at this time. If you need an item quickly, we recommend priority, priority express or if local, selecting the local pick-up option at checkout. If you are worried about a package arriving on time please reach out to us PRIOR to placing your order!

*At this time due to COVID-19 we have eliminated our international shipping options.*



How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com. For local pick-up orders, you will receive an email letting you know the order is ready to be picked up.



Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

Once you receive our email stating that your order is processing, Coffeyville Stockyards LLC. is unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, as we begin working on packing and shipping your order immediately. However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, please reach out to office@coffeyvillestockyards.com. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made.



What happens if my package is refused or sent back to the sender?

If your shipment is refused or returned to the sender, you will receive an email notifying you once the package arrives back to Coffeyville Stockyards LLC.. If a package is returned due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the charge to ship the order again. This amount must be paid before items are re-shipped to the customer's correct shipping address. Payments are emailed to customers through an online invoice. You have 14 days after the email is sent to respond to Coffeyville Stockyards LLC. before your order goes through the returns process for store credit. The original shipping charge will be subtracted from the store credit. If the customer opts to have the order refunded, the original shipping charge will be subtracted.



What happens if my package is never delivered or stolen?

If your package is not delivered on the estimated delivery date, Coffeyville Stockyards LLC. must be notified within 30 days of the order being shipped. However, once your item is picked up by USPS it is unfortunately out of our hands. You will need to file a missing/stolen package report with USPS and most likely your local police department. We are more than happy to assist both USPS and local police in any way we can.
